CLIMATE CHANGE:

SCIENCE & SOCIETY

GW4_edited.png

"Climate Change: Science and Society" is a free online symposium designed to facilitate networking between  researchers working across different disciplines with an interest in climate change.

Organized by GW4 early career researchers, this two-day event will address three broad themes: impacts of climate change, mobilizing societal change, and sustainable solutions. It will consist of panel discussions with invited speakers, short lightening talks and poster presentations.

There will also be the chance for participants to join smaller breakout discussions on five key topics: cities, energy, transport, food and health. During our tea breaks, we invite you to join in for desktop doodling, short quizzes and creating word maps.
